LIMITED WARRANTY
Agrarian Technologies warrants that this Perfect Barrier product has been produced with EPA exempt performance enhancing BluWood Molecular Infusion Technology a GreenSpec listed product . Installed properly at a minimum dept of 3 inches per application, Agrarian Technologies warrants that this product will resist wood destroying organisms and certain insects commonly known to be attracted to cellulose as a food source for 18 months. This Agrarian Technologies Limited Warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, written or oral, whether expressed by affirmation, promise, description or sample. ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.
Remedies under this Limited Warranty are limited to the return of the product and repayment of the purchase price or replacement of any nonconforming goods at the election of Agrarian Technologies. Agrarian Technologies is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages whether based on breach of contract, negligence or other tort, or other form of action or legal theory, regardless of whether Agrarian Technologies has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
